By accessing beunbound.ai and engaging with Rihaam Global L.L.C-FZ ("BeUnbound", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

BeUnbound provides AI strategy, workflow automation, and infrastructure deployment for businesses. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of actual client projects will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

3. Client Obligations

To effectively map and deploy AI workflows, you agree to provide timely access to necessary software environments, APIs, and personnel. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you provide or allow our AI systems to process is legally obtained and does not violate any third-party privacy rights or regulations.

4. Third-Party AI and Infrastructure

Our custom AI workflows rely on third-party integrations, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and API connectors. While we architect resilient systems, BeUnbound is not liable for system downtimes, latency, data breaches, or changes in pricing/terms caused entirely by these third-party underlying providers.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: BeUnbound retains all ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, code libraries, and website content.
• Your IP: You retain full ownership of all your proprietary business data, customer lists, and internal processes.
• Ownership of custom code and specific workflow architectures built for your business will be explicitly defined in your individual Service Agreement.

6. No Guarantees of Commercial Outcomes

While our AI workflows are designed to reduce operational drag and improve efficiency, BeUnbound makes no absolute guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, revenue scaling, or operational metrics. Execution and market factors remain the responsibility of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rihaam Global L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our website or the deployment of our AI workflows.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
